We are a family owned and operated business and our office is managed mostly online and from home.

If you do call inside our opening hours and cannot get an answer straight away, PLEASE do leave a message - we may be on another call or attending to another order, but we will get back to you as soon as possible, or you can certainly message us here!

For NEW installations, you can order your first delivery online, however we do need to obtain the Notice of Completion for the gas fitting from your registered plumber prior to delivery. Please email to us at dardygas@gmail.com

 

Craig needs to carry out a physical inspection at that first delivery. As he requires access to inside your home, we ask that you be present. For subsequent deliveries, so long as we have clear access to your bottle location, no one needs to be home.

Ferguson & Wellington Mill are Thursday's only.

 

Online orders will be scheduled for the next available delivery day to that area once received. As we often have a full load and a specific route to follow, it is not possible to request or give exact delivery times, there are too many variables. We can give you a rough idea though if needed.

​

On delivery day's, the truck leaves the yard at 7am, so if you do want same day delivery, it needs to be before 7am.

​

For any 'gas-mergencies' the Dardanup Rural Store carries a small quantity of Hills Gas bottles for our customers to exchange outside of our opening hours, however you will need to pay them directly for that exchange on the day, have an empty Hills Gas bottle to return and a ute or trailer to transport. Gas bottles must be stood upright, property secured and be openly ventilated when transporting.
